HI, I'M AMANDA!

Over the past few years, I have noticed an increase in the number of clients seeking my help for gut issues, particularly those related to IBS. Having personal experience with food sensitivities, I can truly empathize with the challenges they face.


Because of this, as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, I received additional training from Monash University on the low FODMAP diet for individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).


Through my work, I have witnessed remarkable improvements in these clients' conditions.

In addition to running Nutrition Wise, I am a busy mom of two boys and two cats.
